Punctuality: All soldiers are required to show to all training’s ON TIME. Failure to keep in contract and respond may subject you to fail the training or be dropped all together. To keep in contact, you must continue to monitor for the aforementioned things above and simply acknowledge by reacting to the message in discord. Instructors, or individuals in charge of the training may post reminders about the training, additional tasks to complete, changes to the training date, time, or curriculum, request feedback, etc. Keep in Contact: All soldiers are required to keep in contact with the individual incharge or the instructor of the training they plan to attend. *Note* You are not required to RSVP for Team Trainings Introductory Courses Include:Īdvanced Trainings which require Introductory Courses: Should you RSVP and have last minute changes, you must inform the instructors.Īdvanced Training Schools require Soldiers to have completed the Introductory Courses set forth by Task Force Pagan Headquarters. Do not RSVP if you are not 100% sure you will be able to attend. If no deadline is stated, you have until the day prior to RSVP. All soldiers planning on attending are required to RSVP on the Calendar before the final deadline established in the announcement. RSVP: All trainings are placed on the calendar and, or announced at least a month in advance to when the training is set to occur.
This is to keep fluid movement and to keep the training course moving forward.
You are required to follow the directions just like the trainees. When prompted, you may step in to assist but only as a silent party. If you are not an instructor, you are solely there to observe and assist in actions that are being gone over when prompted to. While a training is taking place, if you are not a trainee, cadre, or instructor at no point in time should any soldier interrupt and distract the said training course. If a Soldier does not RSVP and still shows up they will not be able to attend the training and receive the Qualification. To attend a training all Soldiers will be required to RSVP on the Calendar on the website. Ranger Assessment and Selection Program (RASP)Īll soldiers are required to adhere to the following as well as all other Policies and Procedures for Official Trainings conducted by members of Task Force Pagan. The said course being given will not count towards any member taking it.īelow is a break down of all official trainings offered at Task Force Pagan: If a member of Task Force Pagan is holding an advanced training course and they are not a member of S7 Training and / or, have the course themself.
This policy provides an outline of what is required by the attendees attending any officially sanctioned training of Task Force Pagan. This Policy is to ensure that time is not wasted and all members of Task Force Pagan receive uniform and quality training. Training in Task Force Pagan has a lot of dedicated time invested by instructors and staff.
